A user receives a notification in the 11th month of inactivity, informing about impending fees. To avoid charges, log in and withdraw funds. 

The Inactive Account Fee of 5 EUR is deducted from the account as long as there is no activity after the initial year. If the fee is due, but the account’s balance is less than 5 EUR, the remaining funds are used to cover it.

Payment transactions and processors

Users are solely responsible for paying any outstanding amounts owed to the platform. Payments must be made in good faith and any attempt to reverse them is prohibited. Clients are liable for reimbursing Mega Casino World for any charge-backs, denials or reversals of payments.

To process payments the company may utilize third-party electronic processors and banks. Users agree to abide by their T&C as long as they are provided to them and do not conflict with Mega Casino World’s ones. To prevent money laundering or terrorism financing, all transactions may be subject to scrutiny. Suspicious ones are reported to the appropriate authorities. Rules of play, refunds and cancellations

Event winners are determined on the settlement date. Oritested and overturned decisions are not considered for wagering purposes. If the governing body overturns a match result within the payout period, a full refund of all money is provided.

A matchup remains valid as long as the correct teams are involved, regardless of the League header under which it is placed.

The start dates and times displayed for eSport matches are not guaranteed to be accurate. In the event of an incorrect date being posted for an event, wagers will be based on the date announced by the governing body.

The platform reserves the right to remove events, markets, and other services from the website.

Communications and notices

Communication with customers primarily occurs through email in English. Customers without reachable email may have their account temporarily suspended until a valid one is provided.

Liability

General provisions

Agreement duration. The platform’s Terms and Conditions apply as long as there’s a website to visit, even after the user’s account is closed.
